Since this system requires the use of Javascript
for menuing and other actions, you'll need to eanble Javascript to make use of this
software. If the site doesn't seem to work well for you, please
check that Javascript is enabled. See your system administrator for help
turning on this feature.
This feature is generally located in Tools under
Internet Options under the Security tab. Click on Custom Level...
and under the Scripting section, there is an Active scripting feature
that can be Disable, Enable or Prompt. Set this feature to Enable.
To use this site, you may need to set it up as a trusted site on Internet Explorer.

then click on the Sites button. Make sure "Require Server verification" is turned off,
and then enter the current URL into the Trusted Sites text entry box.
